Hospitality: Help people feel welcomed, seen, and at home from the moment they arrive.
Children’s Ministry: Help the next generation grow in faith, community, and confidence.
Tech Team: Support services through audio, lighting, visuals, and production.
Sounds of Harvest: Use your gifts to help lead worship and create meaningful moments.
Operations/Logistics: Help support the behind-the-scenes details that keep ministry running smoothly.

God designed each of us with unique gifts, and serving is one of the ways we use them to love others and build the church. At Harvest, serving is about community, purpose, and helping create spaces where people can encounter Jesus. No matter your experience or background, there’s room for you to grow and serve alongside us.

We are here to help.

Every serving opportunity is a little different, and we understand that everyone has unique schedules and commitments. Whether you have a little time or a lot to give, our team can help you explore opportunities that fit your availability and allow you to serve with purpose.
Some serving opportunities, especially those involving children and youth, may require a background check to help ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. Our team will walk you through any necessary steps before you begin serving.
That’s okay! Sometimes discovering your gifts begins with simply showing up and trying something new. Our team would love to help you explore different opportunities, discover your strengths, and find a place where you can serve with confidence and purpose.
We love seeing families serve together! Some opportunities may be suitable for children and teens, depending on their age and the ministry's needs. Our team can help you explore ways to serve as a family and make a difference together.
- Be honest: Tell your ministry leader that the role is not a good fit.
- Give notice: Offer to serve until they find a replacement.
- Try something else: Ask to shadow a different department instead.
